The short version
LavaLime Studios builds mobile games and runs this marketing website. We collect as little as possible: this site has no sign-up, no accounts, and no contact forms — you reach us directly by email or by booking a call. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run advertising trackers.

Information we collect
When you visit this website. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) to keep the site secure and reliable. These logs are not used to identify you personally.
When you contact us. If you email us or book an intro call, we receive whatever you choose to share — your name, email address, and the details of your message or project. We use this only to reply and to discuss potential work.
Fonts and assets. We self-host our fonts and media, so loading this site does not send your data to third-party font or CDN networks.

How we use information
We use the limited information above to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, keep the website secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
-
Cookies & analytics
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we introduce privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Our games
Data practices inside our games can differ from this website. Each title we publish is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and the privacy details for a specific game — including any data it collects and the SDKs it uses — are disclosed on that game’s store listing and in-app privacy notice. Please refer to the listing for the game you are playing.
-
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: our website host, our email provider, our scheduling tool for intro calls, and the Apple and Google app stores that distribute our games. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent needed to deliver their service to us.
-
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or when required to comply with the law, enforce our agreements, or protect our rights and safety.
-
Data retention
We keep correspondence and project details only for as long as needed to work together and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a short period and then rotated out.
-
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at lavalimestudios@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
-
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Where a game is intended for a younger audience, we follow the applicable app-store and legal requirements, detailed on that game’s store listing.
-
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, make the update clear on this page.
